Your Questions, Answered

  • Because this isn’t a bare-bones, figure-it-out-yourself rig. Wander & Stay is set up like a guest house on wheels—thoughtfully stocked, well maintained, and cared for so your trip feels easy from the start.

  • We require an $850 refundable security deposit.
It’s returned after a post-stay inspection, assuming the RV is returned in the condition it was received, minus normal wear.

  • We do.
All systems, maintenance, cleaning, and pre-trip prep are handled by us so you’re not troubleshooting or guessing your way through the stay.

  • This rig is best for experienced towers or guests who choose local delivery and setup. Because it’s a large, well-equipped RV, it’s not ideal for learning how to tow for the first time—but we’re happy to deliver and walk you through everything if you prefer.

  • All Wander & Stay rentals require Roamly RV insurance at checkout. This ensures proper coverage during your stay and protects both you and the RV while it’s in your care.

Because this is a large, well-maintained rig, having the right insurance in place helps keep everything smooth, safe, and stress-free.

    Roamly provides coverage for:

    • Physical damage to the RV

    • Liability during your rental period

    • Peace of mind while traveling or parked

Coverage details are clearly outlined during the booking process so you know exactly what you’re getting before confirming.

  • Wander & Stay is ideal for Washington State and nearby surrounding areas—from coastal weekends and mountain escapes to family land, fairgrounds, and event stays.

  • Using Roamly ensures consistent, verified coverage that meets the needs of this specific RV. This avoids coverage gaps, confusion, or delays if an issue were to arise.

Tolt-MacDonald Park & Campground

The 575-acre Tolt-MacDonald Park and Campground is located in Carnation at the confluence of the Snoqualmie and Tolt Rivers in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. Because this is high-quality salmon habit, during the fall, visitors can observe chinook salmon spawning in the river below while eagles and osprey soar above.

Beyond a 500-foot suspension foot bridge over the Snoqualmie River are twelve miles of forested and riverside trails connecting to an extensive network of trails in the adjacent Ames Lake Forest - a favorite mountain biking destination. For a bicycle tour of local farms, head in the opposite direction to access the 27-mile-long gravel Snoqualmie Valley Trail.
